From the Founder's Desk
Dear Friends & Patrons,
We wish to share with all of you as to how we ventured into Real Estate & formed Malpani Group.
After completing my education: B.Com, LLB, I started my career as an Income Tax & Accounting Practitioner. I pursued this Domain for over a decade. On one side, the Clientele List grew & on the other side, I gained reputation on professional front.
On Personal Front, our joint family was living in a small Flat. As the time passed by & the family grew, the need was felt for a bigger Apartment. In consultation with a few of my Clients & Friends, we decided to buy a plot, build flats & after retaining flat for ourselves, sell the remaining Flats. This was the beginning of my foray into Real Estate.
In the year 1987, I and my brother Somnath formed Ashish Enterprises & the journey of Malpani Group as Builders & Developers started. We consciously took a decision to base our venture on four Principles:
1. To base our Business on the Fair Business Practice.
2. To be loyal & supportive to our Customers & Clients. Similarly, further strengthen our relationship with our Vendors, who have stood by us like a rock.
3. To build projects only in Prime Locations on time bound basis.
4. To continue with our Business Model of Partly Selling & partly Leasing out the built up premises
These Four Principles have become Four Pillars of Malpani Group & have taken it from strength to strength. Today, we enjoy reputation of being a honest player in the Real Estate Domain both on outright sale as well as leasing out of the properties built under our banner. We are Life Time Members of CREDAI.
Our Clientele list on leased out premises has some of the best names in the country such as Aditya Birla Group, TATA Group, Axis Bank, Reliance and others. On Outright Sale of Residential Premises, we have over 2000 families happily staying in the Flats bought by them in our projects.
